TOP NOTCH CONSTRUCTION is just that! Not only was their price competitive but they were prompt in getting the job started and completed and the quality of the work was excellent.
We would highly recommend Top Notch Construction to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest and gets the job done they way you want it.
