I will never buy another Toshiba laptop. I purchased two previously. I had issues with the first one where Toshiba was prolonging replacing a defected power cord that burned. My previous complaint is currently with a laptop that is 30 days old and Toshiba has given me the run around with the warranty repairs. I have come to find that they do not honor their products and they have no willingness in working with their customers. I am very dissatisfied with the way they conduct their business and the way they handle their customers. Reference # 110325-005325. I will never buy another one nor will I recommend that anyone else does.
