Me and my wife have purchased about 15 vehicles over the past 25 years. We change vehicles about every 2 years. I am writing this review to thank Trade-In Solutions for providing me the best buying experience we have ever had. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz ML550 from them recently and was very impressed with their processes. They had such a great price on the car I couldn't even haggle with the price. I test drove the car and Casey Jones (sales rep) showed me all the features on the vehicle. He knew more about the car than the sales guy at our local Benz dealer!! All the paperwork was done in less than 20 minutes and he didn't ever try to pressure me to purchase anything we didn't feel comfortable with. If I ever have any car needs I will only deal with Trade-In Solutions from here on out. 5 star treatment!!
