Please use extreme caution if you plan to do business with this company. I was in between jobs a couple of years back (December of 2007) and decided to go work there as a sales rep for this company b/c it seemed like a great way to earn some extra cash while I conducted my job search. This is a 100% commission position where I sat in a boiler room with total degenerates cold calling a list of people said to be interested in paying money to join TCS. Please beware -- 95% of the sales reps jamming a sale down your throat have never even owned a piece of real estate. They have no idea what they are doing and they are simply reading a script. In fact, during the training someone with real estate experience had a legitimate comment about the process of short sales and was actually asked to leave. This is a total scam. Not even the worst of the worst loan officers would ever work at this place. I worked here for 3 weeks and quit b/c I actually couldn't believe the lies these people tell you to sell a program that is offered free to the public all over the internet.
