In early December, my girlfriend purchased a heated jacket liner from Venture Heat. She wrapped up the liner and set it under the Christmas tree. On Christmas day, I opened my gift and to both of our surprise, it was a heated pant liner…not the jacket liner as we had ordered.
We decided to contact the company to find out how to return the package and have the order corrected. During the last week of December, we began e-mailing and calling Venture Heat and nobody returned any phone calls or e-mails. It has now been an entire month and we have not heard a single response. We still have the heated pant liner which is neither what we ordered or wanted.
We spent $170 on this item and thought that we were getting a great heated jacket liner. I will think very carefully before entering another transaction with Venture Heat.
