Over the holidays I received a pre-approved account with venue So I decided to open up the account. I was led to believe that the payments who be deferred for one year. When the second bill arrived there was a finance charge applied to my account. When I phoned in about this problem. I was told to write the dispute dept. How sad for a company to reduce themselves to trickery inorder to grow the company. Its easy to snare in a customer its even harder to keep one. So, Venue keep this in mind when trying to grow your company. I will pay my bill in full and close out the account.
