This trailer is by far the worst trailer I have ever owned. I ordered a 08 FTL 4005 (Full Throttle) from the factory rep (Nick Jordan) when he came up to the RV Show in Bend last year. Since then it has been a unpleasant experiance and I do caution any buyer. In there catalog they really talk this product up, but make sure you look very closely at this product before you spend $69,000 like I did. I told Nick that I would need the trailer for the winters here, and they get pretty cold. He said that it would be fine. I ordered the heated tanks (this is a joke, because not all the tanks are heated, nor are any of the water lines). 1st freeze, the whole trailer froze up. I couldn't keep it warm either. The heater running full blast wouldn't heat the trailer, and as soon as it turned off, the temp dropped drastically. It felt like a wind tunnel inside. I also measured a 20 degree difference between the floor and 6ft high. These things are built with shotty workmanship and the cheapest parts they can find. I had to remove a ceiling panel to do some repairs, and found that there was little or no insulation. they claim to use a R19 in the ceiling, but this is a lie! I doubt there is any insulation in the walls (suppose to be R7) The awning broke the first time I used it, and I found out that it was the cheapest they could install. The seat cushings fell apart after only a short time. There warrentee is a joke also. They don't fix anything. They don't care about the product they put out, it is just about the money for them. I talked to WW and they would do nothing to fix my problems, so I am left with a $69000 peice of junk!!!!! They make claims, however the product doesn't live up to those claims. Use caution. By the way, it is so amazing that all the rest of the reviews came all around the same time about how great this product was. The only thing I got on the phone with the company was "thats just how be build it." Also if you read on the back of there catalog, it really doesn't hold them liable for claims they print in it.
