We used World Wide Van LInes to move from Kansas City, Kansas to Troy , Michigan in Febuary. The sales person phindy was great very polite and knowledgeable. The packers arrived the day before the movers, and they were very polite and courteous. They packed with amazing efficiency, and were very careful with our belongings. They packed our stuff into very sturdy boxes, and took extra care to make sure none of our things were broken. They did a great job. We definetly could not have done such a professional job ourselvs. The movers were the best part of our move by far. They were 2 father/son teams, and another gentleman who loaded and moved our belongings. First off, they came in and protected our floors, walls, and even put down carpet protector throughout most of the home needless to say I was very impressd. Once they were finished protecting the home, the loading of our stuff they did take there time which was fine for me I did not want them to rush and risk damaging my things. The attempts I made to reach customer service were easy they picked up the phone and answered my questions everytime. The delivery was just as flawless as the pickup was no complaints from my end they were a little slow but that was for my benefit I would use them again in the future although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon thank you World Wide.
