Unexplained and large price increases, as well as failure to inform me that certain features were in addition to the already large monthly base fee. When I went to cancel my account because it turned out not to be the right fit for my business, I was told that there was a 30-day cancellation policy, which is directly in contradiction to what I was told when I signed up (I was told I could cancel at any time without any lead time notice). I was charged another monthly charge and ended up having to dispute the charge with American Express. Worst customer service ever! Stay far away from these hucksters. They are just out to take your money and don't have any ethics when it comes to selling. They make no real effort to help potential customers decide in any meaningful way if the product is right for them, they just care about their numbers and making a buck.
